New IN from JUSTFAB

I have been a member of JUSTFAB for some time now but never ordered from their online shop. I am not really one of those that love online shopping and it is hard for me to just order staff online without really knowing the shop, their sizes etc. I have had very bad experience where I not only don't get the right products that I have ordered but I need to pay also for returning the unwanted items.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I would sometimes rather pay a little more and get the whole shopping experience while shopping with friends in a physical stores rather than ordering online. For the people that are following me for a long time, they sure know that I hop mostly in Ebay and NELLY.COM and PIECES. 

Anyways, as I mentioned I have been a member of JUSTFAB, which is a membership based online platform. They have diverse product range but I honestly love their shoes. I was a bit unsure if I should risk it and order because sometimes when you buy shoes the best is to try on the shoes, you know different companies, different sizes...

I was pleasantly surprised by the product I received. The shoes are beautiful and since I am a VIP member in the online store, I also got a special discount of 70% (I am not sure how much it was precisely, but it was extremely good price). The only tricky part is that after placing your first order, every month in the beginning you must indicate if you are planning to purchase or no. If you don't indicate that, you receive a fee that you need to pay. You can read more about that on their website.

Anyways, I had a great experience and I wanted to share it because if you are a student shopping on a budget it is a great way to buy cheap and trendy clothing. The website is present in different locations so just check it out, you will not regret just by looking.

What kind of shoes match your style?

What shoes match best your style?

 High Heels, Ballerinas and flat shoes or you would rather be the sport type with the busy daily life that likes to wear sneakers every day?

What shoes are dominating in your closet?

I personally love high heels, probably because I am not that high and also because I feel more feminine. So of course I have lots of pairs of high heels in my shoe closet but unfortunately the reality is that I don't get to wear them so often any more. I study in another town so i need to walk a lot and travel so I rather be in comfortable outfit. In this case I always go for my sneakers or a pair of shoes with a small heel.

I hope though with the upcoming spring I will be able to use more of my pretty heeled darlings <3

Rainy Days in Denmark

Hello Girls,

I hope you had a great weekend full of sun and joy. Unfortunately, for the ones that live in Denmark, sun  can hardly be seen. Instead, I had a weekend full of rain and movies. Saturday was a great day even though the sun couldn't be seen. I had a long walk with my boyfriend through the shops in Aarhus. A great day for shopping. The streets were so lively and the shops were full of discounts.

How did you spend your weekend?

Надявам се, че сте имали страхотен уикенд, изпълнен със слънце и позитивни емоции. За мое съжаление,  слънцето и Дания са в посточнна вражда, затова слънце едва ли може да се види тук. Вместо това, имах един уикенд, изпълнен с дъжд и много филми. Събота беше страхотен ден, въпреки липсата на слънце. Имах дълга разходка с приятеля ми по магазините в Орхус. Чудесен ден за пазаруване. Улиците бяха толкова оживени и магазините-пълни с отстъпки. Какво по-хубаво от това:)

New In from TOPSHOP

I have always been more of a high heel girl but living in Denmark has changed me a little bit. I started to wear more flat shoes and platforms.
I have been looking for a pair of comfortable black sandals for a long time, and finally I found them. I love those TOPSHOP beauties. <3 Right now the weather in Denmark does not allow me to wear them but I am looking forward for my holiday in Bulgaria or at least a little bit better weather to put them on.

Do you like glowing in the dark?

Hello girls,

Sorry I have not been so active yesterday but I have been preparing some surprises for you during the next week, so keep following the blog and stay tuned.

I must say that 2011 has been a glow in the dark year! The trend in 2012 will not be different. Adding some glitter and sparkles makes everything so much more fun. Glitter shoes, sparkling dresses, nails etc.

I received these babies as a Christmas present from a friend of mine but have not had yet the opportunity to put them on, due to the weather conditions in Denmark. But I love them! My first glitter shoes. You can also notice that I have immediately put the Plastic Fantastic Heel Protector due to the fact that I have no intention on ruining them:)

Sparkling outfit

Are you getting ready for your prom? Fun, Stress or both?

This is going to be one of the most important evenings of your life and things definitely need to be perfect. Prom can be one of the greatest evenings in your high school experience- a special night that you look forward to, share with your friends and family. Though, for some people this could turn also into a disaster, another reason to be worried and stressed out.

I still remember mine. It was like yesterday. I was walking for months searching for a dress that I am going to wear for just a night. And the shoes?! That was probably the hardest part. I went with a date, a friend of mine, a really nice guy from my class, we matched perfectly. We did not go shopping together but we agreed beforehand on what the colors should be and also the car we will be driving with. It was an amazing night.

Anyways, just wanted to give you some basic advices about what to do and not to based on my experience:).

Pick up a comfortable dress. It is very important that your dress allows you to move fluent and is not too tight or too open. I was very lucky with that, because my dress had no corset or what so ever.

Do not spend too much money on the dress unless you are going to wear it in the future. I picked up not so formal one and thought that I am going to wear it at least in one-two other occasions but not. It is just hanging in my closet.

Shoes! It is the most important thing! I insisted on having a really high heels due to the reason that I am just 1.65 m. and what turned out in the end of the evening was that I was dancing with no shoes. My feet hurt so much that I preferred  having no shoes.

Jewelry and accessories-I had very very delicate bracelet, earrings and neckless from swarovski in brown stones. I still have it and use it, it was a good investment...and my bag, I bought it together with the shoes in shiny black. I wear it all the time

.And of course, last but not least-don't forget to have fun!

The astonishing woman

A Cinderella story

I have been wondering about what my first post will be about. 

After some thinking, I decided to tell you all about the woman I was working together with the last couple of months.

She is just twenty four year-old, beautiful and always up for innovation woman. She always sees the world from a better perspective and tries to help people. She is from Denmark and her name is Solveig Eike. In 2009 she gave her contribution to the fashion industry by inventing a new 'must have' fashionista product, called Plastic Fantastic. Plastic Fantastic protects our so beloved shoes (high heels) from scratches and scuffs that we meet in the every day urban environment. (Read more about the product in later posts)

How did she discover the idea about the product?

In order to find out when the idea of the product was born we need to go a little bit back in time and learn more about her. In 2008 she started her Academy Professional degree in the second biggest city in Denmark, Aarhus. The line she chose was Marketing Management in an Enterpreneur class. She was one of the bright students in the team. Her classmates say that she always had her hand up in the air wanting to answer the teacher's questions.

Solveig Eike is a typical girl that loves shopping and enjoys her free time with friends and family. She loves shoes more than anything and is a proud owner of probably more than 50 pairs of heels in her closet.

The idea about the product was discovered during one of her school projects. She and her teammates needed to come up with an innovative idea and develop it. Solveig had the terrible experience of finding her loved darlings destroyed after a day walking through all the cobblestones in Aarhus and she believed that there should be a solution on the market that protects her so loved stilettos. That is how she and her group started working on a solution for this very common problem among the female population.

The idea that was born from a school project let Solveig Eike win the prestigious JA - YE Europe Enterprise Challenge, (European Championship), with the new product called Plastic Fantastic.

I think that she has an exciting personality and can be an inspiration to many young people.
